The QD-Exhaust industrial activity has today 2700sqm of operative unit, which is made up of administrative and design offices, and a warehouse able to satisfy the market demands. The production standards is guaranteed by an integrated quality-control process. The company is certifyed to the main european transport departments.

The manufacturing is made using advanced machineries, each component is laser cut, stainless steel AISI 304 or titanium made. All the parts are TIG welded in a controlled atmosphere. Manages all the prototyping with a fluid-dynamic planning with an integrated method; all exhaust systems are measured and calculated by using a particular software according to the market demand, to give the best phonometric and performance result. QD Exhaust was born, under the name Quat-D, as a hand-crafted activity, specialized in manufacturing of four strokes motorcycles exhaust systems. After many years spent on racing fields, during which a high level of experience have been acquired, the activity has been developped considerably.
