The production is supported by the use of presses, 3D laser robots, electric bender, bending machines, automatic, work centers and test bench. Each material during processing is subjected to the specific treatments among which we highlight the treatment ceramic high-temperature resistant (up to 800 °) available as standard in black, white or cream, or in different colors on request. The company provides discharges for original equipment at Bimota, Morini, Indian, and collaborates with Fantic Ducati R & D.

In the racing industry ZARD won the Italian championship in 2010 with Alex Polita and Team Barni and the 2006 Italian Luca Scassa and the team EVR.
