The production is supported by the use of presses, 3D laser robots, electric bender, bending machines, automatic, work centers and test bench. The materials used in processing are: stainless steel, titanium, various alloys of aluminum, carbon. Each material during processing is subjected to the specific treatments among which we highlight the treatment ceramic high-temperature resistant (up to 800 °) available as standard in black, white or cream, or in different colors on request.

The company provides discharges for original equipment at Bimota, Morini, Indian, and collaborates with Fantic Ducati R & D. In the racing industry ZARD won the Italian championship in 2010 with Alex Polita and Team Barni and the 2006 Italian Luca Scassa and the team EVR.
